I personally had a struggle with time management at work. I was so disorganized and I never had enough planning. I ended up not having time for other personal things which are more important.
I decided to change all of that last year. I had to learn how to manage my time. Since I am the type of person who does a lot of things at work, I learned how to prioritize my tasks. I monitor my work hours using a software for time management. This helped me focus, reduce distractions and most of all increase productivity. Things are done on time and best of all, I have time for my family and for my other passion too.
Indeed, learning how to manage your time has a lot of benefits.
