Restoration of Spirit

Restore Your Home, Restore Your Spirit!

A good diet can go a long way toward treating depression, but it does not have ti simply be low in fat. Consider including natural whole foods in your diet. It may even be beneficial to eat a totally organic and/or vegan diet in which you avoid consuming animal products of any kind. It doesn't have to be a permanent change, but changing for a while can do you some good.Make changes in your relationship or job if either of those is the root of your depression. Don't be afraid to hurt your partner and don't be scared that you'll ruin your career. A negative situation will not improve without dedicated change on your part. It really is as simple as that. Others will simply have to deal with the decisions you make.
