KetoFit (UK) I might also suggest that you just do not jump into this program if you are not use to exercising or diet, because this might sort of send your body into shock and might not be good for you. Instead I ask that you gradually build up to this program and then do it. A lot of people can expect to lose a good bit of weight in only six days with this program. You can lose 10 pounds pretty easily following this, just make sure you prepare your body for such a drastic change. Im sorry for those reading this expecting some sort of "secret" but this is it.
